To guarantee a high-quality meal, we get the following products from the small organic producers from the Vercors and nearby:

  • trouts
  • eggs
  • cheeses
  • honey and jams
And after a good meal you can get some rest in our cosy lounge.
Wherever possible, other products such as fruits and vegetables are purchased from small and local shops.
